HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?
Heed Need have formed partnerships with merchants and artisans worldwide in order to provide you the best prices and the most fabulous products. This means when we place your order it is shipped from countries like China, India, Thailand, Philippines etc. via our association with different postal handlers.

As we ship directly from these countries to you, your item may take around 3-5 weeks to arrive. Please do not worry if the product does not get delivered straight away, please know that it's on its way - if you have any concerns email us and we can help with tracking information :)

We offer international shipping options too - it doesn't matter where you live, you can still buy from us!

WHAT HAPPENED WITH THE TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER?
If you're buying from outside of Australia or the USA (especially Canada), your country's customs department may hold your order at the border and sometimes without explanation. Please note: Canada's customs department takes a particularly long time to resolve some holds. It isn't usual but if your order is held up in customs, we suggest calling your country's customs department directly and ask that they release your items immediately.

Note: if for some reason your order is never released by customs, we will send you a replacement!
