If you have facts regarding this subject then just share with me. Don’t speak like this ever to anybody. I shared the proof’s I have. If you have proof’s its says Bihar is the least corrupted state then just share with me. What he posted above is stupidity. because bihar is never be a least corrupted state. and as far as I know it is the most corrupted state in India. so happy up. I am winding up with a proverb, “WIN LIKE A MAN LOSE LIKE MAN” Think about it. And don’t expect me to respond if you babble like this again. Grow up with india . bye

It seems that by watching this kind of news about development of a fellow Indian State you are most concerned “why and how Bihar is on the top and why (might be your home state Kerala) is not even on the list?”
Dear please leave this kind of attitude because this kind of attitude is not going to take you anywhere and your thoughts like this will result in creating hatred among us.
I think every Indian should feel proud about this because a state which was once credited with most backward state is coming forward in main stream of development.
If you are more concerned about How Bihar has progressed so much in six years while others took more than 50 years?
then you should ask your home state Kerala(with most respect) ministers to adapt the developing model of Bihar.
And one line for you only-
“Dear Brother
If you feel jealous then I can do nothing, but you can do one thing and that is to keep your mouth shut and dont ever bark again about it.”
Above lines might be harsh for you but this is the only way to answer such type of silly questions

There is no need to change anything but one quotation except the statement “In recent years Bihar turned to be the least corrupted state in India” I couldn’t found any articles in internet or printed media stating that Bihar is the least corrupted state in India except some blogs like yours. I couldn’t found BBC article neither. If you want I will send you some links of reputed newspapers in India like The Hindu, The Financial express state that Kerala is the least corrupted state in India. And let’s wait until TRANSPERANCY INTERNATIONAL conduct new survey on this matter. About Wikipedia, it is splendid because we are getting too much knowledge on free subscription. And remember the fact that it’s free subscription and doesn’t expect perfection. Most of the articles belongs to India are biased because when it comes of Culture and Society citizens of India transform to citizens of states.

That’s true neither you nor I can decide the poorest state in India. And yeah what you have read in Wikipedia is true. But that’s not the least corruption list that one is actually ANTI CORRUPTION EFFORT HAVE TAKEN BY VARIOUS STATES. You should read the article ones more. But I really don’t know about the BBC report and it doesn’t make any difference if Wikipedia has the article. Wikipedia is the least credible encyclopedia in the world. Wikipedia edited by people like us not by pundits. TRANSPERANCY INTERNATIONAL is the most reputed watchdog organization on corruption in the world. They conducted a state wise survey in India 2005. As per the report Kerala is the least corrupted and Bihar is the most corrupted. You can easily available the articles about this on internet. It is true that now 2013, years passed. But I am asking how Bihar can surpass all the other Indian states in a small timeframe. And look Kerala is not even in your list. How can that be possible? You should believe surveys rather than articles.

Thanks Subin Sunny for your big insight on this topic.. I want to clarify one thing here that i have already done before. that i am no one to decide which is poorest state or least/highest corrupt state in India.. it is dream of every Indian to have least corrupt and poor states. But the article that i posted is inspired from an article on Wikipedia.. it’s crystal clear and stated there their criteria to find the least corrupt state and it is the measures that the state government has made to curb corruption.. YOU CAN CHALLENGED THEM IF YOU WANT… and yeah why so serious?

The above article I posted is just a copy paste. Here is my interpretation on it. Ever since Mr. Nitish kumar came to the throne Bihar is changing rapidly. It’s a fact and as Indians we all should be happy about it. As per the Indian Human Development Report 2011 Bihar is the 3rd least developed state in India and its top in the scale of poverty. It’s too good to hear that Bihar is changing. And Mr. Tarun bajaj you better read the article ones more because it’s not actually the least corrupted state in India. It is in fact anti corruption effort taken by the states. The government of Bihar taking much effort because it is the one of the most corrupted state in India. Least corruption means most development. There is no other synonym for it. And the development of kerala is noteworthy. As per all statistics taken in the world kerala is the most developed state in India. Very high Human development indux, least poverty, high life expectancy- 74 ( the only state in india has life expectancy more than 70). Kerala may not peaked on your list but its only because kerala need only very least effort to curb corruption.
